ERIN & FAMILY CONTRIBUTE TO NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUP
Erin and her family participated in the Rock Creek Conservancy's 10th Annual Extreme Cleanup. The Conservancy's "Behind the Scenes" blog said:
"Erin, her husband Eric and their three children were first to arrive on Saturday morning. Their kids were balls of energy. This family dove right into the forested areas of the park and despite some cuts picked up an entire bag of trash themselves.
Why did you bring your family out to this event? 'We live in the neighborhood, this park is an area the neighborhood really wants to reclaim. The goal is to have a more communal use for the space and the first step in making it more welcoming is cleaning up the trash.'"
